Doula Services
Research shows that working with a birth doula can reduce birth interventions, result in shorter labor and lead to a more satisfactory birthing experience. A doula is a non-medical care provider who supports you, your partner, your baby, and other support team members during the prenatal, labor and postnatal stages of your journey. A doula provides evidence-based resources to you and your partner, helps navigate your “game plan,” communicates your birth preferences with your birth team, and advocates for a positive birthing experience for you and your family.
"Molly has a calm and gentle energy that assures you, that everything that is happening is occurring just the way it should. Her presence and perception were so greatly appreciated and not limited to just birth but throughout my postpartum healing as well. I highly recommend Molly who has an incredible passion for living, loving and life. - C. Scop, Mill Valley CA"
A birth doula provides continued emotional and physical support to a birthing person and their partner before and during child birth. This includes active labor support and initial breast feeding support.
